We also would like to provide a guidance of fan support regulations and how to apply.

[1] Birthday and Anniversary Support Guidance
- Birthday presents, anniversary gifts, and letters can be supported only on anniversaries (birthday, debut day)
- It will be difficult to be delivered to the artist, if birthday presents, anniversary gifts, and letters are provided in other schedules besides anniversaries.

[1-1] Birthday and Anniversary Support Application Date
- For anniversary support, the support application date is open from a month before until a week after the anniversary date.
(Example : May 18th Birthday support application date : April 18th 2023 AM 12:00 (KST) ~ May 25th 2023 PM 11:59 (KST)
* Please understand only supports that have been arranged with the staff will be delivered.
Disadvantages may occur if support without the arrangement through staff in prior is proceeded.

[1-2] Cautions for Anniversary Support Application
- Anniversary support delivery is available between PM 2:00 ~ PM 7:00 during week days (except holidays)
- You can select the delivery date and time when applying, but cannot claim priority & exclusive rights.
* For delivery on the day of the anniversary, support from multiple teams may be received.
Please understand that this is to help support from as many teams as possible.

[2] On-site Support Schedule Guidance
Available Support Schedule : Music broadcasts, radio, concerts, official fan meetings, etc.
* For other available support schedules besides above, separate information will be provided upon e-mail inquiry.

[2-1] On-site Support Application Date
- For music broadcasts, the support application date is open starting one week before the album release date.
(Example : January 13th (Friday) 2023 when album releases, on-site support application start date: January 6th (Friday) 2023 PM 12:00 (KST))
- For radio schedule, support application is available only for schedules that have been officially announced.
- For official concerts and fan meetings, a separate support notice will be uploaded at fan cafe along with the pre-registration date.

[2-2] Cautions for On-site Support Application
- Delivery of on-site support can be arranged according to the schedule, and is subject to change depending on the situation of the site.
- Please understand that only one team will be accepted per schedule, and support applications with the same content will be excluded from priority except for the first application of the content.
- On-site support is available and will be proceeded in the order of e-mail received, but it may be difficult to apply for unconfirmed schedules.

[Cautions When Applying]
- Applications under correct format will be proceeded in the order in which they arrive in the mailbox during the application period, and the staff will respond sequentially.
- Only the community determined through prior coordination with the staff can proceed.
Please understand that it is difficult to deliver on the same day of support application, so please submit application form and schedule in advance.

[Cautions When Proceeding]
- Please understand that all support may be changed or cancelled depending on the circumstances.
- If any community wishes to change the delivery schedule, please contact the staff at least 1 hour before the delivery time.
- You may not ask for information about other support communities. (Support items, schedule sharing, etc.)
- If a community cancels the application twice or more, it may be difficult for the community to proceed the support in the future.
- Cashable items such as cash, gift certificates, coupons, vouchers and perishable food (dairy products, cakes, rice cakes, etc.) will not be accepted.
- All support items can be delivered based on the items written in the application form, and if there are any items that change, please make sure to discuss through the support email in advance.
- It may be difficult to proceed items that have not been discussed in advance.
- Please note if any support that has not been discussed in advance is delivered through quick service or office visit, it may be returned or may not be delivered.
- It is difficult to proceed support if it is provided through artist manager and the relevant person, rather than through the support staff. Please note that only communities who pre-arranged via support email can support.
(Please note that support communities that do not go through the official route will be difficult to proceed the support in the future.)

* We do not provide separate certification in consideration of the work and on-site situation. Please note that it will be difficult for the community to provide support in the future if the community requests for certification.
