* 사전에 협의가 이뤄지지 않은 품목은 진행 및 전달이 어려운 점 양해 부탁드리며, 반드시 확인 후 신청 부탁드립니다.

★ 신청 시 유의사항
- 해당 공연의 경우 2월 1일 (토), 2월 2일 (일) 1팀씩 (총 2팀) 진행 가능합니다. (양일 중복 신청 가능)
- 서포트 신청 메일은 진행 일정 1회차에 들어가는 내용으로 작성 부탁드립니다.
동일한 서포트 팀에서 양일 진행을 원하실 경우 새로운 메일로 작성하여 신청 부탁드립니다.
- 양식에 맞게 작성하여 신청 기간 내 서포트 메일함에 도착한 순서대로 진행되며,
상황에 따라 진행 변동 가능성이 있는 점 참고 부탁드리겠습니다.
- 신청 기간 내 들어온 서포트팀에 대하여 따로 신청 현황 안내를 드리지 않으며,
진행 확정 시 개별 메일을 통해 회신드릴 예정입니다.
- 동일한 내용의 서포트 신청 메일은 최초 신청을 제외하고 우선순위에서 배제되는 점 참고 부탁드립니다.
- 연합으로 진행되는 합동 서포트는 진행하는 팀끼리 협의 후 한 건으로 신청 부탁드립니다.
- 현장 상황상 진행 팀을 부득이하게 1팀씩으로 제한하게 되었습니다. 이 점 양해 부탁드립니다.
서포트 진행 여부에 대한 회신은 2회까지 드리며, 이후 진행 여부에 대한 회신이 없을 경우 진행이 불가한 점 유의 부탁드립니다.
- 서포트 관련 문의 및 스케줄 조정에 대한 문의는 반드시 기재되어 있는 서포트 메일을 통해 문의 부탁드립니다.

★ 진행 시 유의사항

- 변질 가능성 있는 음식, 화훼류, 현금성 물품은 서포트 진행이 어려운 점 양해 부탁드립니다.
- 다른 서포트팀에 대한 정보를 공개하거나 요구하실 수 없습니다. (서포트 품목, 일정 공유 등)
- 모든 서포트 품목은 ‘신청 양식’에 작성된 품목을 기준으로 진행할 수 있으며,
변동되는 품목이 있을 경우 서포트 메일을 통해 반드시 사전 협의 부탁드립니다.
- 사전에 협의되지 않은 품목의 경우 당일 현장에서 진행이 어려울 수 있습니다.
- 해당 서포트 진행 시 현장 방문이 어려운 점 사전에 참고 부탁드립니다.
현장 방문 시 해당 팀은 추후 어떤 서포트도 진행이 어려운 점 참고 부탁드립니다.
- 사전에 담당자와 조율된 서포트가 아닌 매니저 및 해당 관계자 등을 통해 서포트를 진행할 경우 서포트 진행이 어렵습니다.
서포트 메일로 사전 조율이 된 팀만 서포트가 가능한 점 참고 부탁드립니다.
공식 루트를 통하지 않는 서포트팀은 추후 서포트 진행이 어려운 점 참고 부탁드립니다.
- 서포트를 진행하더라도 현장 상황을 고려하여 별도의 인증은 해드리지 않으며, 인증을 요구하실 경우 추후 서포트 진행이 어려운 점 참고 부탁드립니다.

* Due to on-site operational issues, we kindly ask for your understanding as we are unable to provide food support such as meals, coffee trucks, or snack trucks for the two days.
* Please note that non-approved items are difficult to process and deliver. Please ensure to confirm before applying.

★ Important Notes for Application
- Applications will be processed in the order they arrive in the support mailbox, provided they are written in the correct format and received within the application period.
Please note that there may be changes depending on the situation.
- We will not provide separate application status updates for support teams applying within the application period.
Confirmation emails will be sent individually once the application has been confirmed.
- Please note that duplicate support application emails will be deprioritized and only the first application will be prioritized.
- For joint support organized by multiple teams, please coordinate among the teams and submit a single application.
- Due to onsite circumstances, we are compelled to limit support to one team per day. We apologize for this limitation.
You will receive up to two replies regarding the support progress. If there is no response after the second reply, the support will not proceed.

★ Important Notes for Proceeding
- For this concert, application will be limited to one team per day on February 1st (Sat) and February 2nd (Sun), a total of 2 teams. (Duplicate applications for both days are allowed)
- Please write the support application email for the first scheduled day.
If the identical support team wishes to proceed on both days, please submit a separate email.
- Please note that support items and schedules may change or be canceled due to onsite conditions.
- We cannot accept with support that includes perishable food, flowers, or cash-equivalent items.
- You cannot disclose or request information about other support teams (e.g., support items, schedule).
- All support items will be based on those written in the 'application form.'
If there are any changes to the items, please make sure to coordinate through the support email in advance.
- Items that have not been pre-coordinated may be difficult to process onsite.
- Please note that it may not be possible to visit the site during the support process.
Teams that visit the site may find it difficult to participate in any future support.
- Support conducted through managers or related personnel without prior coordination with the designated representative will not be accepted.
Only teams that have coordinated in advance through the support email will be able to proceed with the support.
Teams that do not follow the official route may find it difficult to participate in future supporting events.
- Even if support proceeds, no separate verification will be provided considering the onsite conditions, and if verification is requested, future support may be difficult.
