TAEYANG 2025 TOUR [THE LIGHT YEAR] ENCORE 'MEMBERSHIP ZONE' 안내 

[운영 시간]

* 2025.02.01 (토) 1PM ~ 5PM (KST)

* 2025.02.02 (일) 12PM ~ 4PM (KST)

※ 공연 종료 후 30분간 'MEMBERSHIP ZONE'을 추가 운영할 예정이었으나, 부스 운영상의 문제로 진행이 어려워진 점 양해 부탁드립니다.

-  'MEMBERSHIP ZONE'에서 배부되는 스페셜 기프트는 한정 수량으로, 준비된 수량 소진 시 조기 마감될 수 있습니다. 

[운영 장소]

* 인스파이어 아레나 'MEMBERSHIP ZONE'

 - 자세한 위치는 공연 당일 X(트위터) 계정 @TBL_STAFF를 통해 안내될 예정입니다.

[이용 방법]

* 운영 시간 내 'MEMBERSHIP ZONE'을 방문하여 당일 공연 티켓, TAEYANG OFFICIAL MEMBERSHIP 인증, 본인 확인 후 스페셜 기프트 수령

* Special Gift : 포토카드 +  달력 키링 (양일 선착순 100명 한정)

- 달력 키링의 경우, 양일 선착순 100명 한정으로 증정되며 포토카드는 소진 시까지 배부될 예정입니다.

- 포토카드 중 친필 사인이 들어있는 스페셜 포토카드가 준비되어 있습니다. (랜덤 증정)

[준비물]

* 당일 공연 실물 티켓, TAEYANG OFFICIAL MEMBERSHIP 디지털 카드, 신분증

1) TAEYANG 2025 TOUR [THE LIGHT YEAR] ENCORE 실물 티켓

* 이벤트 당일과 상이한 회차의 공연 티켓으로는 기프트 수령이 불가능하니, 반드시 공연 참석 당일 실물 티켓을 지참해 주시기 바랍니다. (예매 내역 등은 인정되지 않습니다. )

ex) 2025.02.01 (토) 'MEMBERSHIP ZONE' 방문 → 2025.02.01 (토) 티켓 O / 2025.02.02 (일) 티켓 X

       2025.02.02 (일) 'MEMBERSHIP ZONE' 방문 → 2025.02.01 (토) 티켓 X / 2025.02.02 (일) 티켓 O

* 한 분이 티켓을 2장 이상 보유한 경우에도 기프트는 1인 1개만 증정됩니다. 

* 기프트 수령 후 공연 티켓에 수령 완료 표시가 있을 예정입니다. 

2) TAEYANG OFFICIAL MEMBERSHIP 디지털 카드

* 화면 캡처본 및 프린트물은 인정되지 않으며, 반드시 b.stage 내 ‘TAEYANG OFFICIAL MEMBERSHIP 디지털 카드’ 화면으로만 인증 가능합니다.

3) 본인 확인 가능한 신분증

* TAEYANG OFFICIAL MEMBERSHIP 디지털 카드 이름과 신분증의 이름이 동일해야 합니다. 가입 시 이름을 영문으로 작성한 경우, 여권을 지참해 주시기 바랍니다.

* 이름, 생년월일, 사진이 기재되어 있는 주민등록증, 운전면허증, 기간 만료 전의 여권, 청소년증, 외국인 등록증 실물만 인증 가능합니다.

* 미성년자의 경우, 청소년증 실물로 인증 가능하며 학생증은 인정되지 않습니다.

* 기재된 신분증 외 모바일 신분증, 체크카드, 사진 촬영한 신분증 등은 인정되지 않습니다. 

* 신분증에 부착된 사진이 본인의 사진이 아닌 경우 인정되지 않습니다.

* 훼손이 되어 정보 식별이 어려운 신분증은 인정되지 않습니다.

[유의 사항]

* 본 'MEMBERSHIP ZONE'은 1인당 1일 1회만 참여 가능하며, 중복 참여는 불가합니다.

* 준비물을 하나라도 지참하지 않은 경우, 배부가 어려우니 반드시 모든 준비물을 지참해 주시기 바랍니다. 

* TAEYANG OFFICIAL MEMBERSHIP 디지털 카드, 신분증 양도는 불가합니다. 적발 시, 본인과 양수자 모두 추후 진행 예정인 팬 이벤트 참여가 제한됩니다.

* 증정되는 기프트는 훼손 시 교환 불가하며, 확인 가능한 불량 건에 한 해 수령 당일 총 1회 교환 가능합니다.

TAEYANG 2025 TOUR [THE LIGHT YEAR] ENCORE 'MEMBERSHIP ZONE' Information

[Operating Hours]
* 2025.02.01 (Sat.) : 1PM ~ 5PM (KST) 
* 2025.02.02 (Sun.) : 12PM ~ 4PM (KST)
- The gifts available in the 'MEMBERSHIP ZONE' are limited in quantity and may run out early once the prepared stock is depleted.

[Location]
* Inspire Arena 'MEMBERSHIP ZONE'
- Detailed location information will be shared on the concert day by X(Twitter)  @TBL_STAFF

[How to Participate]
* To receive a special gift, visit the 'MEMBERSHIP ZONE' during operating hours, present your concert ticket for the day, and verify your TAEYANG OFFICIAL MEMBERSHIP along with your personal identification.
* Special Gift : Photo card + Calendar keyring (limited to the first 100 attendees each day)

- The calendar key ring will be given to 100 people each day on a first come, first served basis, and photocards will be given out until supplies last.
- Among the photo cards, there will be special autographed versions which will be randomly distributed.

[Required Items]
* Physical concert ticket for the day, TAEYANG OFFICIAL MEMBERSHIP digital card, Identification Card

1) TAEYANG 2025 TOUR [THE LIGHT YEAR] ENCORE Physical Ticket
* Gifts cannot be claimed with tickets for a different show date. You must bring the physical ticket for the concert you are attending that day. (Reservation details or digital confirmations will not be accepted.)
ex) Visiting the 'MEMBERSHIP ZONE' on 2025.02.01 (Sat.) → Ticket for 2025.02.01 (Sat.) O / Ticket for 2025.02.02 (Sun.) X
Visiting the 'MEMBERSHIP ZONE' on 2025.02.02 (Sun.) → Ticket for 2025.02.01 (Sat.) X / 
Ticket for 2025.02.02 (Sun.) O
* Even if a person has multiple tickets, only one gift will be provided per person.
* After receiving your gift, your concert ticket will be marked to confirm that you’ve collected it

2) TAEYANG OFFICIAL MEMBERSHIP Digital Card
* Screenshots or printed copies will not be accepted as and verification will only be possible using the “TAEYANG OFFICIAL MEMBERSHIP Digital Card” screen within the b.stage app.

3) Identification Card for Personal Verification
*The name on the TAEYANG OFFICIAL MEMBERSHIP Digital Card must match the name presented on the ID. If you registered using your name in English, please bring your passport.
* Accepted forms of ID include physical documents with your name, date of birth, and photo such as: resident registration card, driver’s license, valid (non-expired) passport, youth card, alien registration card.
* For minors, only a physical youth card will be accepted. Student ID cards will not be accepted.
* Unacceptable forms of IDs include mobile IDs, debit cards, photos of IDs, or any form of an ID that is not listed above.
* IDs with a photo that doesn’t match the individual will not be accepted
* Damaged IDs that make it difficult to identify information will not be accepted.

[Notice]
* Participation in the 'MEMBERSHIP ZONE' is limited to one time per day per participant. Multiple participation will not be allowed.
* If any of the required items are missing, the gift cannot be distributed. Please ensure you bring all required items.
* The TAEYANG OFFICIAL MEMBERSHIP Digital Card and identification are non-transferable to another person. If this act is to be discovered, both the original holder and the transferee will be restricted from participating in future fan events.
* Gifts cannot be exchanged if damaged. However, if there is a confirmed defect, a one-time exchange will be allowed on the same day of the receipt.
